Corner entrance framed by profile of a
jagged mountain peak, jutting upward in
elevation and outward in plan. This was
achieved by using a combination of tilt-up
and Dryvit.

The Trompe l'oeil (French for 'fool the eye') finish, coupled with an off-white and gray tone color combination, created a distinctive look for this manufacturer of commercial, industrial and specialty gas filling operations. The owner needed a durable and fire resistant building and, thus, chose
tilt-up.

This facility boasts five full length basketball courts, (25 feet clear height), a weight room, arcade, concessions, and four locker rooms. The building was constructed in six short months and utilizes the THERMOMASS insulation system.
